Problem Survey and Analysis (Project Scope)
We can explore our clients needs - including, an appraisal of their current premises. We then explore with our clients alternative strategies to solve their needs. We believe in giving an independant, objective and professional advice.

Pre Aquisition Survey
We are frequently involved in identifying premises that may suit a client. It is very unlikely that the premises as they stand are entirely suitable. Our pre aquisition survey is a detailed examination of the existing building and services.  The purpose of the survey is to identify what work needs to be done in terms of stripping out, making safe and fitting out to enable our client to move in. Every client is different, as is every building.

The Project Brief
Some of our clients are able to provide us with a sufficiently detailed project brief, but we will often work with clients to jointly formulate a comprehensive project brief, which includes the project life, schedule of work, and costings.

Feasibility Study
After the briefing stage, we consider and produce alternative approaches in outline design for our clients. We also consult the Planning Authority and prepare budget costings.

Project Plan
Following the feasibility stage we work with clients, to develop a project plan that incorporates the briefs' detailed requirements. We can also negotiate with the Local Authority to obtain Planning permission.

Detailed Design
We prepare detailed drawings and specifications for building work, and can advise on tendering or other methods of procurement.

Contract Administration
We administer the building contract and carry out site inspections. Our aim is always to deliver the building to the right quality, on time and within budget.
